From De'Longhi coffee machines to crypto payments
Product, commercial, sales: I've gone from zero to one more than fifty times. Premium appliances (De'Longhi, Kenwood, taking Nespresso from boutiques into retail), LG, systems integration at Polymedia, reviving declining categories at Rusklimat.
At ATMEEX I built a smart-climate business from scratch and sold my stake to a developer. I took Arteza through a 120 million dollar deal. The last few years, fintech: co-founder of INXY Payments, a bridge between ordinary business and crypto payments.
I live in Barcelona and have been through the full expat-founder path: legalisation, a Spanish company, banking, taxes. The deal sizes and product counts above are according to data from the companies I worked in and co-owned.

How do we work together, and what does it cost?
Two formats. A one-off session: 450 euro an hour, 250 euro for half an hour, and no more than 2 sessions a week, sometimes fewer. Mentorship and consulting: 2,000 euro a month, covering 3 hourly calls and a strategy review, with work on one project. Both start with the brief on this site; the payment and booking buttons appear right after you send it.

What do I need to do before the call?
Fill in the brief: the company and what it does, revenue over the last 12 months, how it moved in the last six, where you stand on funding, the key blockers and the single biggest problem. It is there so the hour goes into the work instead of into context.
Where are you based, and how do the calls work?
I live in Barcelona and work online. The slot is picked on cal.com right after the brief, and payment goes through there and secures the time.
