Pre-call brief

Tell me about the business before the call

5 minutes to fill in. I work through the answers and come to the call with the market, competitors and options already mapped, instead of spending an hour finding out what you do. That is why I read the whole thing and check the data: email, website, contacts.

What happens after you send it

The brief lands in my Telegram. I read all of it, pull the market and competitor data, and come to the call with the analysis already done instead of asking what you do.

The payment and booking buttons appear right after you send it: an hour at 450 euro, half an hour at 250 euro, mentorship at 2,000 euro a month. Payment on cal.com secures the slot, and rescheduling is fine.

Why I ask for exactly this

Revenue over 12 months and how it moved in the last six show where you are on the growth curve: advice for a company at 50 thousand a month and one at 500 thousand is different advice. Where you stand on funding tells me what limits the horizon of your decisions. The blockers and the biggest problem are there so the hour goes into them instead of into warming up.

The data you enter is checked for signs of life: the email domain, the website, the format of the contact. If something fails, the page tells you which field to fix. It is not nitpicking: an analysis built on invented data is worth nothing.
